Seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll – Functional Project Manager. The position would primarily be responsible for working closely with business, client IT, 3rd party vendors’ teams, track overall work progress, status update to stakeholders, Co-ordinating with Onshore & Offshore teams, Responsible for delivery.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 7 years of experience Information Technology experienceCandidates may be located Anywhere in the US with travel for major milestones. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this timeThree to four years of experience in Oracle Cloud – North America Payroll Implementation and/or support projects. Should have good experience in payroll processing, troubleshoot the issues, Oracle quarterly upgrades, quarter and year end activities, costing, HDL, OTBI reporting. Minimum two years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support Expertise in Project Management aspects.Expertise on North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US.Responsible for maintaining employee payroll data, administer garnishments and maintain the integrity of the systemExpertise in HCM Payroll cloud - Payroll processing, able to Troubleshoot Payroll issues and provide resolution, executing of post payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of files being transmitted post payroll to various vendorsExpertise in Payroll cloud Tax updates activities and payroll testing after each upgrade.4+ years of experience in managing Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projectsResponsible for working with payroll business, client IT, 3rd party vendors, Co-ordinate with Onshore & offshore teams, track overall work progress, status update to stake holders.Single point of contact for overall status.Should be able to work with onshore & offshore teams and responsible for delivery.Responsible for guiding the team on all the payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of files being transmitted post payroll to various vendors

Preferred Qualifications: Work with multiple teams, hold the fort and responsible for project deliveryExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Experience in managing Project in AgileExperience is other HCM Cloud Modules The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
